This is a nice little plan that helps get your eating habits under control so that you can begin a healthy weight loss program. It fits perfectly into weight watcher's smart points and meets their daily goal while taking just a few weekly points. I lost 3 lbs and was not very hungry at all. I definitely splurged on veggies and on day 3 at dinner I had a social event I couldn't avoid - so cheated just a bit - still lost 3 lbs. Easy to follow...hope it works!!
If you are in need of a temp quick fix this is it. This is not a healthy fix and not safe to do for a long period of time.
A bit misleading as to weight loss but I tried it and lost 2kg fist week then 1 kg for each of 2 more weeks so I was happy. Not difficult to stay with for 3 days and never felt hungry
Read it; not doing it. Prefer Weight Watchers.
I haven't yet tried this diet/lifestyle modification yet, but it's worth at least ONE 3 DAY TRY. The writing style is entertaining and if you have trouble getting it together to start the process of getting that holiday weight gain off, this may be your answer.

Save your money, because not only is this book not helpful, all of the info is available online for free. All it does is make lame attempts at military references, and is really the length of a pamphlet.
